We are a small business which means we have the flexibility and agility to deliver what you want, when you want it, to small or large groups of employers or employees.

Typically we like to work with anything up to 15 people in any one session, as we feel this gives us the ability to create an informal learning environment, rather than a ‘lecture’.

Our background is in education and we have a wealth of experience gained from over a combined 40 years in a variety of settings.

Our courses in more detail:  Brief outlines please call for our FREE Information Pack.

Schizophrenia Awareness:

Mad Axe-Man? Strange man muttering to himself on the High Street? Is that you image of Schizophrenia? If so, think again. This is a much misunderstood condition; there is no reason in the world why persons with it cannot hold down productive, efficient positions in your business. Of course, it's difficult and they may need support. This session aims to de-mystify the condition. Outline its forms and the way people present themselves, it's a fascinating journey, and may just help!

Interpersonal Communication Awareness:

How to communicate effectively is an important business attribute, in getting people to listen and understand, at all levels in your business, from the shop floor to the boardroom. This session will look at how you can use your body and your language to enhance your communication, and is of appeal to employers and employees alike.

Dementia Awareness:

Dementia, in all its forms, is growing issue. We, in the UK, have a growing ageing population, and as we all are aware, his demographic group has a huge amount of resource potential, it also has inherent issues. Do you want your workforce to capitalise upon the skills and experience of our older generation? Likewise, do you not want to fall befoul of some of the productivity issues that an ageing workforce might throw up? It's a tough one, but the balance needs to be correct.

Tim Crossfield: is highly qualified and experienced lecturer, has taught health care professionals and non-healthcare professionals for over 20 years.
